Cancel whenever. Keep what you paid for.

Cancel from your account page at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge — it does not end your access immediately. You stay on Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then return to the free tier automatically. Nothing you have made is deleted by cancelling.

If you subscribed by mistake, or Pro did not do what the pricing page said it would, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Tell us the email on the account; that is all we need.

After 7 days, or for a period you have substantially used, we do not usually refund — cancelling is the right tool, and it costs you nothing because you keep the rest of the period. If a charge went wrong on our side, that is not a refund request and there is no time limit on it: write to us and we will fix it.

Refunds go back through Razorpay to the original payment method, in the original currency, and typically take 5–7 working days to appear.

The weekly plan exists for exam weeks and short projects — it is meant to be bought for one week and cancelled. Cancelling before the week ends still leaves you the full week you paid for, so there is nothing to reclaim and nothing to ask us for.

Returning to the free tier does not delete anything. Your notes, cards, quiz history and actions stay exactly where they are, and every one of them can be exported from the extension at any time, free, in your own browser.

Free accounts have 100 MB of synced storage and Pro has 500 MB. If a lapsed account is over the free budget, we make room by removing the oldest screenshots first — never your writing, which is a fraction of a percent of the bytes and the only part that cannot be recreated. A picture can be taken again; the note you wrote about it cannot. You will see your usage on your account page long before this happens.

If you delete your account outright, everything goes within 30 days, including anything held in our object store.

Export before you delete. Deletion is not reversible, and we cannot restore an account from a backup on request — exporting takes one click and needs no account at all.
